Daily Express is proud to reintroduce the White Hat driver recognition program. White Hat awards are issued to drivers that earn special recognition from customers or Daily Express personnel for performing above and beyond expectations. Work on special projects, safety efforts, driver recruiting, and good deeds are also ways to earn a White Hat award. Drivers will earn the coveted white hat for their first commendation and successive commendations will earn insignia pins to display on the hat.
