Base Pay: 21.5% of Gross Sharable Revenue: Linehaul, Oversize charges, Stop-offs, others.
Tarping: $15/tarp used (20x20 tarp)
Per diem tax credit: $52/day
Payroll: Weekly direct deposit
Safety Bonus: $250 per quarter = $1,000 annual (*ineligible for 3 months if driver has a preventable accident)
Advances: Limited payroll advances are available at the Fleet Manager's discretion.
