Comprehensive Major Medical
Plan- Surgical, hospital, maternity, and major medical coverage, $150 deductible per person per calendar year, 80% for the first $2,500 and 100% thereafter.

Dental Program- Full dental allowance which covers checkups, x-rays, fluoride treatments, denture repair, root canals, extractions, endodonics, anesthetic services and consultations.

Disability Benefits - Short
Term- $200 per week for 26 weeks if you become disabled and are unable to work.
Long Term- 60% of monthly wage until age 65.

Life Insurance- The Company provides life insurance in an amount equal to one and one-half times annual earnings up to a maximum of $50,000. Supplemental life coverage is available.

Profit Sharing Plan- Employees become a participant in the plan during their first complete calendar year of employment with the company. Contributions to the plan are made by the company, and usually fall between 5% and 10 % of annual wages. Employees become 100% vested in the plan following five years of service.

401k Plan- Employees may contribute a percentage of their wages to a 401k.

Lease/Purchase Option- This option may be used to purchase the tractor you are driving or any available tractor. Drivers must be employed for one year and have no preventable accidents, violations or claims and must run at least 85,000 annual miles to be eligible.

Rider Program- Spouses may ride after 30 days of accident free driving. Riders may not drive or assist in loading or unloading. Pets are not permitted.

Vacation $100/day
1 - 3 years........... 1 day for each 12,000 miles
4 - 6 years........... 1 day for each 8,000 miles
7 - 9 years........... 1 day for each 6,000 miles
10 years and over... 1 day for each 5,000 miles.
